There are unspoken karmic, social and structural reasons for this. In this episode, I name them and guide you in a practice of reflection for each. I also share with you what, in my experience, it takes to successfully cross this threshold when you’re confronted with all three at once.

In this episode, I explain how mantra and intention work together to untangle the karmic knot derailing your life’s work. I detail the emotional, energetic and physiological effects of chanting mantra; the conscious focus and direction of your intention; and the relationship and role of each in successfully untangling the root of what derails your work's evolution.

It’s one thing to practice mantra (or any other spiritual practice). It’s another to use your practice, intentionally and precisely, to interrupt the habitual patterns that thwart your work and turn them into strategic clarity.
